At quilting yesterday...

I got to quilting just a bit late yesterday because I've been having pain in my left hip since last Friday and as a result I move in slow motion. In fact, I spent Friday through Monday basically sitting on the sofa in the only position I could get comfortable in. It wasn't as bad as it sounds since it was raining out and the perfect for watching lots of old movies (which is exactly what I did).

Anyway, part way through our meeting, Karen casually asked me if I wanted to see her finished quilt top. She had already shown it to the others before I got there. I knew immediately which quilt top she was talking about and was excited to see it. And now you'll see why...

Look at that embroidery!! The quilt top is gorgeous and Karen's work is exquisite, as always. Besides that, she's F-A-S-T!

I thought this was a Crabapple Hill pattern, but when I went to their website, I didn't see it. I'll have to find out who the designer is and then I'll add the information to this post.

Take care,
