I'm sure it will come as no surprise that I made another Zip and Go bag. But, this one is a little different because I used a new Robert Kaufman fabric from Jennifer Sampou's Shimmer line. I'm telling you... it's gorgeous fabric. This is the Stone colorway.
I love this bag and think it's the perfect "evening" bag. It's not too
small and it's not too big, and it's easy to keep track of since it's
cross-body or over the shoulder, but it's elegant and just a tiny bit
"shimmery." The pattern is the Zip and Go.
I took this in to show my Thursday group today and one of the gals bought it. My husband is perturbed that I don't let him take them into his workplace to show his co-workers before I sell them, but I just get too excited! One of these days he'll get a chance to take some into work. :)
I've got a new Chevron Scrappy quilt top and a Scrap Vomit quilt top all ready to sandwich and quilt, but I just can't seem to tear myself away from making bags long enough to get them finished. *sigh* There are just not enough hours in the day!
Take care,

Another gorgeous bag! Looks so tailored.
You did a super job on that bag Terri! The fabric is fantastic! Have a wonderful weekend working on projects. :)
I love this bag! I have been looking for something to stow my wallet and phone in that I could also fit into my larger purse/briefcase, for when I don't need to haul around everything (including a book to read in case I get stuck somewhere like the doctor's office or the airport - I am hopelessly old-fashioned when it comes to my reading material!). I think this bag might be perfect (and oh so stylish!) so I'm heading over to your Etsy shop to see what's available now...
Love the color on this one! And it shimmery too? Fabulous. Thanks again for linking up at Inspire Us Thursday!
