I'm working on these...

This is my second Old Red Barn quilt-along quilt, which I'm in the process of quilting.

And, I've been "auditioning" fabrics for my Crazy Mom quilt-along 9-patch blocks. This is only a small sampling of all the fabrics I've looked at. Not liking any of them very much, I've opted for something very different.

I hope to have a couple good photos of both of these quilts to show you by the end of the week!

I really like the black and white polka dotted background. It just looks right!

I really really like the greenish/yellowish polka dot a LOT. I'm thinking that none of these made the grade and you are going to show us something really spectacular :o)

Great eye candy post! It was fun to see your auditioning.

You've auditioned those 9-patches on a real variety. Aren't we quilters a smart bunch of ladies to audition first? Looking forward to seeing your final choice.

Love your style - all the backgrounds look great but I think the best ones are the first two - the dark dots and the light dots. Fabulous!

Another Old Red Barn quilt - it's beautiful Terri! Are you keeping it? I also am anxious to see what you use with your nine patches. I am going to use something wild and different too - maybe the same as you choose!!

I have to say, I was surprised to discover, my favorite was the one on the zebra-ish print

I vote for the top 2 or the last b&w. I hope you post the full picture of the Old Red Barn quilt. I'm really intrigued.
