I just got the newest Crate & Barrel Fall Preview booklet in the mail

and look what I found inside! Napkins made from Kaffe Fassett fabrics! This one is Millefiore in red...

and these are Millefiore in orange and Roman Glass (brown and green) and Paperweight in blue. They are priced at $6.95 each for a 21" square napkin.

Do you realize you could make four napkins using 1 1/4 yards for $10.70 (plus tax and/or shipping, of course) whereas it would be $27.80 (plus tax and/or shipping) to purchase them. Big difference and a lot more fun making them yourself!!

Wow, in Crate and Barrel? Gee I think I can do that with the Kaffe fabrics I just purchased from you. I think I should be able to make about 2000 or so, since I purchased so much. What do you think? LOL!

Oooo I love Crate and Barrel, when I go to visit the store when I'm in Seattle, my niece always asks if I would make her some napkins. As much as I love her, the answer is no, I'm a quilter not a sewer...she just says it to bug me LOL.

Isn't it nice to be inspired by places like Crate & Barrel and then be able to make things yourself. Much cheaper!

Looks like you had fun at the Quilt festival! So much inspiration!
