I've seen some beautiful things in blogland lately and just want to share a few with you.
There are some absolutely gorgeous quilts over here at Calamity Kim's wonderful blog. I love them all, but I especially like the Sea of Urchins quilt which is the fourth photo from the top. I haven't seen that pattern made up before and it's even better looking in person than on the pattern cover.
Exuberant Color, Wanda's blog, is always a source of inspiration for me. I've talked about her before, but her energy level is just incredible. She gets so much done, and of course, I love it all. I'm really anticipating her finished "die-cut" quilt as it's got a pretty interesting start already.
Have you visited Selvage Blog yet? She spotlights some really innovative projects using selvages. This one has really captured my attention as I love the touches of color here and there.
Last, but certainly not least, I want to point you to Terri's blog...StegArt. She has just designed her own fabric (and is working on more designs) and it is whimsical and wonderful. She's even selling it here...check it out!
These are just a few of the many, great blogs that I visit. For a much more comprehensive list of prjects to see (via blogs), check out Vicki's weekly "Field Tripping the Web" post where she acknowledges wonderful works of art she's found during the week.
ETA: I want to make sure you visit my friend Judy's blog and see her gorgeous Diagonal Rib socks! They are really quite lovely! Judy does a lot of dyeing, which I love. Check out her beautiful scarves!
Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
