Mmmmmm...the strawberries are so huge and so sweet this year, it's incredible. I don't remember them tasting this good in a long time. I usually try to make jam every year, with good luck some years and not-so-good luck others in terms of how it sets up. But, on the whole, I don't really care because no matter what, it tastes great. Whether on a toasted bagel or over ice cream. Right? If you've never tried making it, please do. It's very easy and very rewarding. I just use the "recipe" right off the Certo package and it always tastes wonderful.
