I know I said I had three quilts to baste...

but I was wrong. I went looking for the other two quilts and I could only find this one. My version of the very popular Scrap Vomit.

I had already basted, quilted, and bound the other one and completely forgot about it. Ooops! That's a good thing - not that I forgot about it, but that's it's already finished!

Take care,

I just could not get over the name of this pattern when I first read of it! Looks like some of the blocks are random and the others co-ordinated in your red, blue and black, do let me know I would love to make one, I sure have plenty of scraps!!!

Scrap Vomit???? Quite the name, isn't it?? Never heard of it before. Our fiber arts group once did an exhibit that they named Road Kill, which made everyone giggle. But I think Scrap Vomit tops them all!

I didn't hear of that name applied to that pattern either. Funny! I like the turquoise, red, black diamonds that you've done in the centres. Effective.

I really like these scrap vomit quilts and I like your version of it! I had the same issue quilting last week, I could only find the pieces to make 10 of the needed 12 blocks for a quilt. I spent so much time looking for the pieces when it turns out that I had already made the blocks forgotten that I had made them :)
