I'm actually making some progress...

What a surprise! This is more quilting progress than I've made in a long, long time. It's been fun watching it come together. This is how it's looking on my design wall presently.


I had to make a fabric substitution since the fabric called for in the quilt was not included in the kit. I think it will work just fine though and I'm not going to worry about it. It's the middle dark block near the bottom of the photo that has two different fabric triangles with it. I'm going to use the lighter of the two.

It sure feels good to be quilting a bit again!

I love the striped sashing you've got pinned up there -- is that what it's going to be? I think it really makes the quilt extra special. Great color combos -- you have a terrific eye for palettes!
