After a month-long hiatus...

I took up my knitting needles again and knit these socks. This pattern is "Go With the Flow" and it's a fun and easy knit besides being a free pattern. I should have knit the pattern onto the foot as I think it would have been prettier, but I'm still very happy with them.

Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks That Rock, Lightweight, Rare Gem Water colorway.

It felt good to be knitting again. Now that I've finished these, I started another pair of Tesserae's, which I absolutely love. Both pattern and yarn. I'll show them to you shortly.

I met DH for lunch today and then we went over to the Ford dealer to see the Flex. DH is pretty sure he wants one, but we'll do a little more research before making any decision. The nice thing about this car is that there is enough leg room for my 6'5" tall husband.

It is a good-looking car, I think.

Terri, they're gorgeous! I've been meaning to try this yarn too and your socks make me want to get a skein even more. I just can't decide between the lightweight and the medium weight. I need the yardage of the medium weight I think.

Oooo pretty yarn for your socks. It's always good to get back to what we love doing. Nothing better than that new car smell LOL.

Love the socks, Teri. Just downloaded the pattern, too. Free is so good. Glad you are back to knitting for awhile. Have fun!
