Zombie Chicken? Who thinks of these names?

I've been honored with an award - my first - the Zombie Chicken award and it was given to me by my friend Diane at DEsigned. I'm about a week late in posting this and for that I apologize. I can find many bloggers who've received this award, but can not find any history about it.

"The blogger who receives this award believes in the Tao of the zombie chicken-- excellence, grace, and persistence in all situations, even in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. These amazing bloggers regularly produce content so remarkable that their readers would brave a raving pack of zombie chickens just to be able to read their inspiring words. As a recipient of this world-renowned award, you now have the task of passing it on to at least 5 other worthy bloggers. Do not risk the wrath of the zombie chickens by choosing unwisely or not choosing at all."

While there are many, many blogs that I read, and almost all of them are deserving of this award, here are just a few for your perusal. Of course, you must read Diane's blog as she is an incredibly talented artist! Check out her quilts and the absolutely stunning quilting she does.

In no particular order and a few more than 5:

Exuberant Color (Wanda)

Field Trips in Fiber (Vicki)

ZQuilts (Marie)

Living and Dyeing Under the Big Sky (Cynthia)

Cabbage Quilts (Cathy)

Material Possession (Kathy)

Canton Village Quiltworks (Jackie)

quiltsalott (Janet)

Willy-Nilly (Katie)

And, then there are the fabulous photography blogs I read, which I won't mention here since it's photography and not quilting. But, I do have to mention one of my favorite knitting/photography blogs...

knitorious (Vicki)

Ok, I'm done for now. Hope you enjoy these blogs if you didn't already know about them!
