This is my quilt from the 9-patch quilt-along that I participated in earlier this year and I'm so happy with it. I LOVE how it turned out. This quilt is for my husband and he's thrilled with it too, which makes me very happy.
I used a cheetah fabric on the back...which I love.
This is only a quarter of the entire quilt. It's big and took me a number of hours yesterday to sew on the binding.
It's done. It's really, really done!

Terri, It is just gorgeous!! I love every bit of it!!
Wow Terri that is just gorgeous AND so manly. Your choice for the border/sashing fabric is just perfect and something I never would have thought of. LOVE the backing fabric.

The backing and binding are a wonderful compliment to the front of the quilt. I can see why you both love it.
It really is a man's quilt, with lovely woman's touches -- what a great juxtaposition of fabrics, Terri!

And it's really, really fabulous! I love it. I bought some of that sashing fabric and I intend to blatantly copy you and make one for my husband, too.
I recognize that binding fabric! Obviously I didn't see it's full potential and didn't buy enough! LOL!
The quilt turned out great and I LOVE the backing!
I just love the contrast the sashing provides. You always have just the right combination for the quilts you make. and the backing is just gorgeous! It's one of those fabrics I would say I really like but 'what do you use it for...' You just answered that question and it looks smashing!! Anybody would be thrilled to get a quilt like that!
Beautiful Terri, Love the black/ brown sashing on the front with the bright colors. And of course I always love those animal prints. Done is good!!
Wow Terri, this is fabulous. I love all of it, that gorgeous binding, the leopard print backing, all of it xo
The backing, binding and sashing are a wonderful complement to the blocks. Love it!
