On a mission...

In my quest to get all my old quilt photos scanned to DVD, this is the next quilt on the list. It's another "Lovers Knot" and I love how this one turned out. I used a floral fabric with big morning glories on it that looked like they were peeking out of the lattice.

My poor DH...I used to get him to hold all of my quilts while I took pictures. It usually worked pretty well since he's 6'5", but you could always see hands and legs in the photos! :))

Oh Terri, I love how this quilt turned out. The colors are great. My son used to hold my quilts, and it was so funny because all of my quilts have feet ;-)

Oh that is sooooo pretty!! At least your hubby doesn't stretch the heck out of the top edge when he holds it like mine does LOL.

Very pretty, comforting and orderly - I love it! Isn't that what husbands are for - to hold stuff for us?

Very lovely lover's knot- its so pretty to see the morning glories peeking through- It is an interesting pattern to make and a bit challenging.
I have both my son and my husband be the quilt holders in my photos.
I recently lost all my quilt pictures off my computer so I have to go about collecting them again from various spots and reload into my computer. It is a real pain but is my own fault - I should have made a backup on a memory stick...
Happy quilting,
Regards,
Anna

I love this quilt. I am trying to find the pattern name for a handstitched quilt that a friend of mine found in a second hand shop so we can replicate the quilt. Yours is close to the found treasure.

Thanks for all the eye candy!
