Finally...my blocks for Week NINE of the one-a-day quilt-along at Crazy Mom Quilts. Only a week late! :)

Now to get to work on week 10 so I can get caught up. Week 10 may be our last week for making these blocks as we will have the required 70 blocks made. Then it's time to sew the quilt top together and get busy quilting it.

Which means picking a sashing fabric. The original quilt by Crazy Mom Quilts uses white sashing and I like the look of it very much, but I think I want to preview some other fabrics before I decide. I'm going to try Wanda's method where she photographs each background fabric with the blocks before making her decision as to which one to use. It's always interesting watching her process.

Week one, two, three four, five, six, seven, and eight. Follow everyone's progress on the Flickr quilt-along pool.

The blocks are looking fabulous Terri, will look forward to seeing what sashing you end up with. A Kaffe shot cotton would look great too xo

More wonderful blocks Terri. Gosh it would be so hard finding the right sashing color but what fun searching LOL.
