You must visit Amy at Park City Girl because she's hosting the first Quilt Festival with over 482 participants as of this posting. Just think about that...over 482 new blogs to visit and 482 wonderful quilts to see.

It's a wonderful idea and I thought I would join in with my latest "favorite" quilt. I like this little wallhanging because it was the first time I ever did anything without an idea in my head first. I just cut some batting and started laying strips of fabric across it until I got something I liked. I also used angelina fibers and yarns which I couched on top of the strips. Then, I finished by machine quilting over all the raw edges. It was simple, fun, and colorful!

Very pretty Terri. It looks like you have always been attracted to bright vibrant colors, something I'm just learning to love.

Hi Terri,
What a fun quilt- it reminds me of a beautiful weaving- so textured.
The King's Road Fabrics are so lovely looking - too bad they have gone out of business. Too bad I am minding my pennies these days or I would look at buying some fabric-
Just had to replace my car...
Thanks for sharing your wonderful quilt!
Regards,
Anna
