Wanda suggested that you might be interested in some of the quilts I've made over the years. Frankly, I never thought about showing them to you, but maybe one every now and then will be fun. Here goes.....

I made this in 1995, I think. It was part of our mini-group, Ladies of the Evening, friendship block exchange. It was my turn and I chose the Kansas Twister block. I think I received thirteen blocks and then, of course, I supplemented them to complete the quilt. It was really colorful and fun to do and always looked more complicated that it really was. I'm sorry that I don't have this quilt any longer but it's in the collection of an old friend. (By the way, the "quilt holder" was my husband, who at 6'5" tall was the only way I could get photos of my entire quilt).

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."   -Steve Jobs

I like that pattern because it looks complicated but really isn't hard at all. Very pretty quilt. Show us more.
