She’s on the wall!

Ms. Witchy is finally finished!

She’s actually already at her destination and probably on the wall by now! I’m really happy with the way this quilt worked out. The pattern was very straightforward and easy to read….it’s just a lot of work!

I didn’t add all the vines and berries that the pattern suggested. Nor did I add the spider and web. I really don’t think they were needed and I was running out of time too!

I stitched through all the hair with curving lines sort of following the hair strands, but if I went out of the “lines” I didn’t mind. It added a lot of texture and made it look real!

All in all, it was a fun adventure! I was going to make one for myself and will still do that – just not in time for this Halloween!
