It went from this to this...
... and I don't think I'm done yet. I'm thinking this may become a medallion quilt, but I'm still deciding.
I should have been working on the Fractured quilt but I didn't get a single thing done on it. Maybe I'll get something done this afternoon and do a late post for it tomorrow for the QAL.
Take care,
Yummy, Yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is delicious Terri can't wait to see the finish!
Fractured - I too won't be posting until this afternoon, have a few new blocks made but need a few D blocks.
Hey-you never know what you'll discover on these little side trips...
ReplyDeleteNo wonder you got sidetracked! How beautiful. Sometimes you have to follow the muse.
ReplyDeleteI'm new to your blog. I'm over from Cabbage Quilts, your Dresden caught my eye in her sidebar. I'm crazy about Dresden's and these are spectacular. I can't wait to see them finished. Love all your ideas and inspiration, I'm now following on Bloglovin.
ReplyDeleteNow that is my kind of idea!! So glad you got sidetracked!!
ReplyDeleteLove that!
ReplyDeleteOh this is fantastic! Love the colors :)
ReplyDeleteThis is GORGEOUS Terri! I want! Are all of your petals the same size or did you get gradually larger as you worked your way outwards?
ReplyDeleteI do the exact same thing! Not the exact idea but after finding a Dresden plate pattern using Chevrons, I had to get up out of bed last night and go try it! I was hesitant to cut into my new fabric fat quarters, but got brave and did so anyway. Have you seen the pattern done with Chevrons yet? It's awesome, also; as is yours! Love it! It gives me more ideas!
