Super Bowl Sunday

We've been invited to a Super Bowl party today and we debated what to bring the host/hostess as a little thank you gift. A bottle of wine? Beer? A dessert? Then, we decided it might be kind of fun to take them a couple of mug rugs. It would certainly be unexpected.


It only took a couple of hours to put them together...


I think they will be well received, don't you? Anyway, we're off to watch the game with a fun group of people. Don't even care which team wins although we always sorta root for the underdog. :-}

    I finally broke down and bought a bit of fabric by the way. I've been trying to stick to my stash but couldn't resist your sale!

    I was just wondering if you'd be out for your Sunday afternoon drive instead of the game. For you I guess it starts at 3:30 which would be, I assume, right in the middle of a nice drive. Here on the East Coast we're all wishing it would be broadcast earlier. In any case have a great time. And I'd sure be happy to receive a mug rugs as a hostess gift.
