I guess it's Fall here?

Amidst all the late-morning and early-afternoon fog, it was such a pleasure to take a short walk yesterday and see this...




Today I'm going to take advantage of the cold temps and foggy atmosphere to make White Bean and Chicken Chili. I've made it before and I can honestly say it's great! Hubby loves it too.

  1. I haven't tried Giada's version yet but it sounds very close to the version that we make from Paula Deen. You can't go wrong with this one, either way. :)

  2. the recipe looks yummy! I just made chard and white bean soup with some pancetta, but this chili might be next on the agenda...
