The Mock Wave Cable is a gorgeous pattern, but these are not blocked so they don't show it very well. I really need to invest in some sock blockers!
I usually compose and view my blog in Mozilla Firefox and I like how it looks there. But I just viewed it with IE and the background behind my "signature" is blue. I can't figure out why...anyone got any ideas/solutions?
This may appear twice--comment page being difficult. Anyway, I love seeing the patterns and yarns you select. No local store around here has yarn like the ones you use, so I guess on-line shopping is in order. Sock knitting IS addictive.
ReplyDeleteI haven't made a pair of socks in a couple of years. I need to get back to it. It's just amazing to wear socks that you made yourself. :) I'm going to have to go look for those colors. You always have the best colors. :)
ReplyDeleteI read through IE and it has never been blue behind your signature.
ReplyDeleteLove your socks Terri! I'm so wrapped up in quilting/sewing that I don't see taking time to learn to knit socks, so I just have to admire yours!
ReplyDeleteAs always, your socks are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThose will keep your tootsies nice and cosy in winter, they're lovely colours and patterns.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to learn how to knit socks! They look lovely!!
ReplyDeleteI'm still waiting for the cold weather so I can wear mine :0) We are in a heat wave right now, that I'm hoping will last through December LOL.
ReplyDeleteI use IE and there is no blue behind your signature. Maybe it's because you have both on your computer and they are conflicting with eachother.
Crispy
Both are so nice, but my very favorite are the MockWave Cable socks, love the colors too.
ReplyDeleteOMG -- that MockWave (and the yarn!) are so cool! I haven't tried STR yet... I've got a "collection" of a ton of different sock yarns to try but somehow STR hasn't made it into the mix yet!
