Quilter's Tweed by Robert Kaufman. This is the fabric I've used for sashing on my 9-patch quilt from Crazy Mom's Quilt QAL. I LOVE it! It's 100% cotton, but really doesn't look or feel like it. It's looks "manly" as I was told at my LOTE meeting the other night and that's good since this is DH's quilt for those cool fall and cold winter evenings in front of the fire and TV! When I showed it to DH, he told me it looked "femininely masculine", but he's a great sport and loves anything I make for him.
I'm just now pin basting it to the backing to get ready to quilt it. Hopefully, that (the quilting part, I mean) won't take me forever!
I know. It's not bright, wild or crazy, but it's different, and that's what I like about it.

Very nice! I like it too.
Oooo love how this one looks. That tweed fabric is wonderful!
Crispy
It really sets off those blocks beautifully!
Wow very stunning!
Great look! It's all about the blocks and the tweed doesn't compete at all. Off to see the different colors.
Best regards,

It is just fabulous! And it is a little feminine and masculine at the same time.
Oh Terri, I love it. I have never seen that tweed before...it's just fabulous and doesn't it make the Kaffe's stand out beautifully xo
