As much as I would like to, I haven't been able to sit at my sewing machine and sew for a couple of weeks. Right now my life is in limbo and until that resolves itself, I think I'm going to be too nervous to just sit. Even though the sewing/quilting would probably help me to relax - if I could just relax enough to sit and sew/quilt. :))
I did manage to make these 6 string quilt blocks before this all began, but as you can see I haven't even trimmed them yet.
Take care,
I hope you can get back in your sewing room and that things resolve itself!
ReplyDeleteI can sympathize--I hate when things are in limbo. I'm not any good with indecision. I'm very good at adapting, not so good at wondering and waiting. Hope all is resolved soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope your problem resolves soon. I am always worse when I'm in limbo. Once a decision is made I find it is so much easier.
ReplyDeleteI love the black and whites mixed in with your other fabrics. It will be a pretty quilt.
When I have issues, sewing seems to soothe me. Hopefully, you're problem will be resolved soon. You are such a creative and inspiring gal!
ReplyDeleteThat is going to be great Terri! I have got to make a string quilt soon.
ReplyDeleteI hope everything turns out okay, Terri! Limbo can mean so many different things...
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping it's a good limbo -- if not, then I'm sending peaceful thoughts to ease you into a better place. And any sewing you can do should be good therapy.
