I also want to share with you the fingerless mittens that my friend, Marie, at ZQuilts sent to me. About a month ago. I am terribly remiss for not getting this posted earlier, but I've been trying to get a good photo of them - while they are on my hands. Not an easy task, especially without a tripod. I finally talked DH into taking a shot and although I wish it were better, it does show you just how lovely the mittens are. A gorgeous color and extremely soft. I absolutely love them!
I sent her some hand-dyed fabric as my way of saying "thank you," but I'm sure I got the better of the deal.
