Today I managed to remember to attend my quilt guild meeting and the speaker was Melinda Bula. These are just a couple of her glorious quilts! She is a wonderful speaker; very engaging and funny! It was a very enjoyable lecture and getting to see all of her quilts and wearable art was a special treat.






You must be sure and check out her blog. She's such a character! And, you get to see photos of most of her lovely quilts.

    Her quilts look wonderful! I am also looking forward to seeing Harry Potter and was contemplating seeing at Midnight tonight. But I am too tired!

    Lucky girl! Your guild obviously has wonderful speakers! I would love to see a Melinda Bula quilt "up close and personal" sometime.

    Have fun at Harry Potter -- the critics say it's the best one yet!
