Fractured QAL...the end!

First of all, I want to thank Vicki for hosting this very fun QAL. It was fun making this quilt and it was fun seeing what everyone else did too.

Although I've got the quilt sandwiched and basted, I've yet to begin the machine quilting. I thought for sure I would have this finished by now, but I really did get sidetracked with my MATO quilt and maybe just a tiny bit by the holidays. But, I'm hoping to be able to get it quilted - which really won't take me long once I sit down and do it - before the end of December.

I really love this quilt... way more than I thought I would when I started it. It was fun experimenting with fabrics and colors to get the "flow" I was going for. And, another benefit of making this quilt and working with the "fractured" block is that there are many other fun ways to lay it out. I'm still planning on making a Chevron quilt using it.

Take care,

I LOVE this quilt!!! I hope you think that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery because I want to make one just like this for me. Your choice of fabrics and the way you manipulated the color is wonderful - thanks for sharing.

You definitely have a great flow of both color and values. I love it! I haven't quilted mine yet either.

It's very pretty Terri! I love the black and white with the orange/ pink values.
I'm still machine shopping. What kind are you using?

Love your quilt even more Terri!
Still not quilted mine - not even sandwiched and basted.

I am in love! This quilt is just gorgeous! I really want to make one of these, but it will take forever as I have absolutely no light fabrics in my stash! I guess I need to start stash building so I can make one of these.
